We have upgraded the PHP version of all the sites to 7.2 as we are trying to get rid of the EOL versions. Please feel free to create a ticket if any of your sites are not working

Internal Server error

If you are seeing 

Internal server error  while opening your website, please do the following 


Go to cPanel

Open : Select PHP Version

Change : native 5.5 in the dropdown to 5.6 and click on SET AS CURRENT Button



This is due to an update we have done on the php package

MySQL Update

The support for MySQL 5.5 has expired by end of 2015, We are forced to update our MySQL to 5.6.

Normally No action required from your end. Please open a ticket if you are finding issues in accessing any of your MySQL database
